Who we are and how to contact us
OneStop Market Intelligence ("OneStop", "we", "us") operates the OneStop market-intelligence service and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Questions, privacy requests, or complaints can be sent to support@onestopmi.com.
Information we collect and how we receive it
- Directly from you: your name, email address, chosen timezone, product preferences, selected markets, ONESHOT delivery choices, and support correspondence.
- From account and payment services: authentication identifiers, subscription status, transaction references, and billing status. Your password is handled by the account service, and OneStop does not receive or store your complete card number.
- Automatically when you use the service: IP address, request and security logs, sign-in timestamps, browser or device information, feature interactions, route-level product events, and error diagnostics.
- From delivery services: whether an account, security, or requested product email was accepted, delivered, or failed.
Why we use information
We use personal information to perform our contract with you by creating and authenticating your account, enforcing plan access, processing subscriptions, saving preferences, and providing requested product and email features.
We also use information where needed to meet a legal obligation and for our legitimate interests in securing, operating, troubleshooting, and improving OneStop. Where consent is required, we rely on it for optional marketing or delivery choices and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private account information as market evidence or include it in public briefs.
When information is shared
We share only what is needed with specialist account and database, payment processor, email delivery, hosting, security, error monitoring, and product analytics services. These providers process information under contractual and privacy obligations applicable to their role.
Market-data and model-assisted analysis services receive product inputs required to operate backend refreshes. Normal page loads do not send personal account information to those services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies, telemetry, and security
Essential cookies keep you signed in and let the public website recognise when the same browser recently used the application. The browser-recognition cookie contains no account credential or personal identity and is used only to route you into the application, where your session is verified again.
When configured, privacy-filtered error monitoring and product analytics may record allowlisted feature events, route names, plan tier, viewport information, and technical failures. OneStop is configured not to send account identity, request bodies, cookies, authentication headers, or URL query values through this telemetry.
We use access controls, server-side secrets, signed links, and operational logging intended to protect account and product data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and international processing
We retain account, subscription, delivery, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Our providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Where required, we use provider safeguards and contractual protections for international processing.
Your rights and choices
We send optional marketing messages only when you choose to receive them. You can change that choice in Email delivery settings, cancel a paid subscription, and unsubscribe from optional marketing email. Essential account, security, billing, and requested delivery messages may still be sent where required.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@onestopmi.com. We may need to verify your identity. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also be able to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute handling requires it.
Complaints and changes to this notice
Send a privacy complaint to support@onestopmi.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We will review it and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the privacy regulator available in your location.
We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. We will date updates here and provide additional notice where a material change requires it.
