Agreement and eligibility

These terms form an agreement between you and OneStop Market Intelligence ("OneStop", "we", "us") when you create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use OneStop for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation to these terms.

The service and its limits

OneStop provides evidence-linked market intelligence for selected foreign-exchange and commodity markets. Features may include saved briefs, price context, catalyst calendars, AI-assisted summaries, and ONESHOT artifacts.

The service is provided for informational and educational use. It is not financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, brokerage, execution service, or portfolio management.

Market data, news, calendar values, generated analysis, and timestamps can be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or incorrect. AI-assisted material can misunderstand evidence or produce wording that requires independent checking.

You remain responsible for checking important facts and for every financial decision. Do not use OneStop as the sole basis for a trade, investment, or risk decision.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Do not share paid access, scrape the service, bypass access controls, probe internal routes, or use the product to violate law or third-party rights.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law provides otherwise.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through a secure payment processor at the price, currency, and billing interval shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period using the payment method on file.

Cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of your billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 30 days of a OneStop Pro charge to request a full refund. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method, and paid access ends when the full refund is processed. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer law.

Discounted, promotional, or complimentary access may have a stated expiry or eligibility condition. It is personal to the account and does not create a right to future discounted or complimentary access.

Intellectual property and permitted use

OneStop and its licensors retain intellectual property rights in the service, branding, software, interface, analysis, and licensed content. Third-party market material remains subject to the rights and restrictions of its owner.

While your account is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use OneStop for your own internal informational purposes. You may download artifacts made available to your account, but must not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create a competing dataset from substantial parts of the service.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may change market coverage, refresh timing, sources, model providers, features, or plan limits as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a brief will refresh at a particular moment.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect an account or the service, address misuse or non-payment, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using OneStop or cancel a paid subscription at any time.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable guarantee, right, or remedy under mandatory consumer law. Where a guarantee cannot be excluded but liability can lawfully be limited, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, OneStop is supplied without warranties about accuracy, fitness, availability, or investment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, trading loss, or a decision made in reliance on information that the service identifies as informational and potentially delayed or incomplete.

Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be dated here, and we will provide additional notice where required. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights.
